Miss the Coffee so much !!

I wasn't at Starbucks, I just walked along. I would never go into a shop like this.

Wonderful place that I can hopefully return to after Corona is over

We picked up a "To good to go" bag and were a little shocked by the crowd. Unfortunately, no attention was paid to the distances and everyone clumped together before the issue, as orders were still being accepted. Accordingly, the employees were of course also stressed ...

In itself a great Starbucks. Staff in constant stress at any time, but always friendly. Unfortunately, they do not ensure that the hygienic distance between guests is maintained. Even if a few guests do this on their own, you will be shooed close together in front of the cash register at the latest because it is always "next!" So 15 people romp around between the till and the counter. I don't think so.

Very cool weather, in the square, people coming and going, (self-service/self-selling) agricultural products, flower market, chubby card, even the clouds in the sky, all freely roaming, blue underlay, bright, people Moved, there is a chain coffee shop, I quickly find a location, first sit down, and then buy a cup of coffee to enjoy, relax in the exotic country, later, go to the market, stroll, of course, the shops around the square, also I want to stroll around, take pictures, commemorate the mood of visiting here,..., cup (capacity), TOGO (take out), Espresso, but the mood of the staff is not very beautiful, locals (Germany), all I tried my best to pile up smiling faces. For tourists (English/Notes/Paying), I don’t want to listen and don’t understand. Maybe it’s an Asian face that bores him. I said the same sentence three times and finally made a single ( Checkout), when calling the number, I found that there are two different things. Checking the receipt in hand, I found that he checked out like this, (When checking out, it was not repeated, item/size//capacity/quantity ), because the receipt/meal items are the same, I had to take my seat back, observe carefully, and the team at the checkout, there is no lack of (skin/face) from various countries, he (employee) responds, completely different,..., Xu It's my illusion, let's share it together, take a look, laugh it off,...

Saved groceries via To Good To Go and yes you don't know what to get. But when you see that the entire showcase is still full and the barista listlessly throws three expired rice pudding into the bag, you feel a bit ripped off. In addition, on the way home, the bag he gave me tore and everything fell down. Thanks for nothing. Apparently they prefer to sell the old cakes again the next day. What that says about the hygiene and freshness standards is obvious. Unfortunately I only had bad experiences with this Starbucks so far - unfriendly, listless employees, poor hygiene measures and dirt. Thought I would give another chance, but that was the last time I was there. If I could I would give it 0 stars. ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMENDED.

Coffee is good, staff is ok. Not really friendly even if it's not hectic ...

Very nice people but the music is SO LOUD here that you actually cannot order. Its actually insane. They play music here so loud that you can no longer order. Several times they made my order wrong because they couldn't hear.

The current hygiene measures are unfortunately hardly taken into account. In some cases, employees barely covered their mouths with the face mask when they were working on the displays, let alone the face mask over their nose. Tables are not cleaned, wiped or disinfected after guests. In the toilets there is no toilet paper, no hand-drying towels and not even soap. That's not possible at the moment ... and otherwise not really either.

Very unfriendly handling of customers, I was given milk even though I wanted soy milk. That doesn't work and I will never visit Starbucks again.

Starbucks has great deals when you order the small drink and sandwich.

The regulation with the ways to and from the cash register / acceptance and collection of the food and drinks takes place over a corridor. And the guests who run to pick up have to walk extremely close to the other guests at the 2nd cash desk !!! Not well thought out ? And the customers standing in line for the cash register can easily breathe into the neck of the guests in their seats right next to the aisle to the cash register ??❗ Personally, everything is too tight there in the current situation ??❗

The employees are stressed at all times, long waiting times, but it should be quick if you have a coffee to go! The quality is not constant, sometimes better sometimes worse! You can take a look at the Starbucks branches in New York, which I have been visiting regularly since 2001, the busier it is, the better the coffee, the friendlier the staff! It really is!

Usual Starbucks but crowded, tables and the counter not most efficiently arranged so most tables are along the queue with the people queuing behind your back, which is a bit annoying

Pure chaos coffee was parked in the back and forgotten. Everyone is standing in line in the waiting area directly opposite the till. At least you can sit outside. The tables weren't cleaned.

So very bad service, pay for a cola , a cheese cake and a expresso, the girl with mouve hair, didn't explain me nothing ... I went. To my table with the cola, waiting them to bring me the cheese cake and the coffe, i go after 5 min to ask for them, she gave me the cheese cake but still waiting for the coffee in front of the coffe machine, after 2 min, no explanation aswell i go to mg table i eat the cheese cake finally but going out without drinking my payed coffe, it's unbelievable.... Don't recommend it at all!!!

Very dirty counter, mixer looks like never washed, toilet too. On the terrace tables are not cleaned, empty cups and rubbish everywhere. Never again...

Coffee was as you are used to on a Starbucks. But... Pee all over the toilet. The tables were not cleaned. With old coffee stains both on table and on the Covid-19 form on the table. Kind of ironic with all this hygiene attention.

Staff not necessarily polite. In addition, it was so loud in the shop that it was difficult to understand each other. Great offers, but individual prices totally excessive. Coffee was ok. After all, there is outdoor seating.

Unfortunately not everything as usual. There was no assignment of finished products, as no names were entered when ordering - as is usually the case. My order was also prepared incorrectly this time. The service outside was positive, very courteous and very committed to the COVID-19 guidelines.

They got my drink wrong although its tge one drink ove been buying from starbuck for years

nothing has changed, still the same dark, unclean place I have visited before. Staff unfriendly , not customer service oriented , lack of respect of cliental. Not trained well by management...
